Looking for motivation? Join a fitness class to get moving with others, or take a fitness challenge to push yourself further. Fun, supportive, and open to all levels!
Take a quick break to reset and recharge in a calm, quiet space. Join us for a short 10–15 minute meditation session featuring a guided audio practice to help you decompress, reflect, and relax. Get comfortable on a mat or chair and simply follow along.
Yoga mats will be provided. Feel free to bring a sweater or blanket to stay warm and cozy. FREE for all NAIT Students and Staff!

Recharge your day with this low-impact Pilates class designed to build core strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility. This lunchtime session focuses on controlled movement and breath to help you reset, refocus, and return to your day feeling strong and energized.
All equipment is provided, including yoga mats. All fitness levels are welcome and no experience is needed. FREE for all NAIT Students and Staff!
